We have been married for 3 years now, met in Hawaii 7 years ago. Casey moved to Hawaii in September 2001 and lived there for 2 years before we met each other. We dated for about 8 months and decided things were complicated and broke up. We had no contact for another 2 years after that. Benil on the other hand was in nursing school when we first met, after nursing school, started working at Kaiser Permanente Hawaii in Moanaloa. After orientation as a new nurse, started working night shift and thats where we met again. We ran into each other in the parking lot, started talking and realized the sparks were still there. We started dating and 6 months later Casey proposed. We know that we only started dating for a short time, but we had a 1 1/2 long engagement. We married in September 8, 2007 and have been on a lifelong adventure since.
Our daughter, Elliana, was born in April 2009 and 6 months later we decided to move to Texas, live in a home that Elliana can have ample of room to grow and play. The move had been really hard on us, especially Benil for being so far away from family but we have also been enjoying learning about what Texas has to offer us.
