We named this blog after the two states we mainly lived in, Hawaii where Casey lived for 10 years, where Benil grew up at and where Elliana was born. Texas our current home state, and where our second child, Levi was born. This will follow slight glimpse of our daily life, our hobbies and obsessions and highlight aspects of Elliana and Levi's life as they grows We hope for this to serve as an electronic journal when our kids are older.

Happy Birthday Casey!





January 12 was Casey's Birthday. We had a little birthday celebration at home, Just us! He got a little surprise birthday cake, his favorite, Red Velvet. Since he is on his Low carb diet, it meant more cake for Mommy & Elliana, but Casey gave in and ended up indulging in his very yummy cake. 
We both had to work so celebrations were Saturday 15th and we took him to Medieval Times. A kid at heart, this was one of the places he's been talking about since we moved here. It was entertaining, but based on Casey's opinion "it wasn't as good as I thought it would be". Elliana had a wonderful time, and surprisingly the food was really good.
