So we noticed that Elliana loves to stare at ceiling fans when they are not running to fast. In restaurants, other homes and ofcourse our place. I was wondering if this is a natural curiosity for all babies, or a weirdo thing with ours..... sometimes when I round a corner or come to her after doing odds and ins, I will see her just laying down and starring at the fan in amazement I assume.
The other fun thing we have noticed lately is MY new carrying style. I put her over my shoulder like a big bag of rice, or if you live in the mainland, a big sack of potatoes. She absolutely loves it because of the totally new vantage point she has of the world. I think she enjoys not being surrounded by our hot bodies as well. Oh and yes Mom, she is perfectly secure up there. Dont worry. It is certainly a funny sight to be seen walking around with the baby over my shoulder like this. Im sure i have received a few looks that could read......Im calling the child protective service on you kind of look. Elliana seems to love it though.

Callie liked ceiling fans, too. I would tell her to go to her "happy place" amd point them out. Take her to Lowes--she will be in Heaven on the fan aisle!!
